What did our clients want?
Kyndryl is revolutionising its workplace experience, collecting numerous and disparate systems into one intuitive, streamlined and personalised digital experience. Our clients asked us to help them articulate their ambitions and animate the proposition in order to get buy-in from senior stakeholders prior to global rollout.
What did we do?
We got to know the culture of the business, the mindset it had inherited from IBM and the new approach it was aiming to embed. We developed a tone and a language designed to feel both empowering and supportive; we turned this into key descriptions of the new digital experience as well as hero phrases for the company to use when promoting and rolling it out.
We also created an animated example 'tour' of the new proposition to bring it to life for the senior leadership of the business. We evolved the company’s familiar look and feel into a slick representation of how their currently unconnected workplace systems will be gathered into a customised dashboard.
The result?
An exciting sense of anticipation, an inspired global leadership team, and a preview of what is coming to prepare the business for a transformative workplace experience.
